Were looking for a London-based, part-time Email Marketing Specialist to manage customer re-engagement, retention, and churn for our B2C customers while supporting targeted engagement for our B2B database. This is an individual contributor role requiring a daily commitment to maintain consistent, high-quality email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Audience Segmentation:
Analyse our database of 50,000+ customers and create meaningful segments (e.g., abandoned bookings, lapsed customers, potential regulars).
Identify and plan targeted communications for each segment.
Strategizing and Execution:
Plan and execute email campaigns with regular frequency (no bulk sends).
Automate workflows for behaviours like abandoned bookings and follow-ups, ensuring ongoing engagement.
Email Design and Copywriting:
Create visually appealing, brand-aligned email templates.
Write clear, persuasive copy tailored to each audience segment.
Performance Tracking and Optimization:
Monitor email performance (e.g., open rates, clicks) and optimize for better results.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Mailchimp, including segmentation and automation.
Experience in email marketing for service-based or e-commerce businesses.
Strong writing skills for personalized, engaging communication.
Ability to manage consistent email schedules and analyse performance.
Details:
Location: Work from home, London-based.
Hours: Part-time with daily commitment.
Daily commitment of 4 hours, a total 20 days in a month.
And it will be a rolling project, not just one time.
