Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills, particularly with data entry software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
Enter and update data in various databases with high accuracy
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Review and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors
Maintain confidentiality of data and comply with data protection policies
Communicate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies
Participate in team meetings and provide insights on data processes
Assist in generating reports and data analysis as needed
