Heres the deal: were a rapidly growing company in the booming solar industry with more leads than we can handle, and we need a remote rockstar to help close them.
If you want to rapidly accelerate your personal and professional growth and contribute to building something bigger than yourself, all while earning a great paycheck (our current reps are pacing for over $170,000 on the year), then read on.
As an energy consultant, youll meet with qualified, interested homeowners booked on your calendar by our setting team. We have plenty of leads and an elite team of setters who will load up your schedule every week. Your job is to show up and get them closed - all from the comfort of your home.
We also have an operations team who will take care of your customers after the sale - ensuring they have a seamless experience from the moment they leave your hands until the project is completed.
Our philosophy is simple: If youre a great closer, you should spend your time closing - not prospecting or doing customer service.
As an early hire, youll be on the ground floor of a rapidly-growing startup, and will be part of a tight-knit team that values your contributions and is invested in your success. There are no cogs in this machine.
Youll also take a foundational role in helping to define our sales strategy. We are expanding rapidly and there are tremendous opportunities for growth. If youre great at what you do, this would likely lead into a leadership role where youd help recruit, manage, and train other reps.
This is a REMOTE position, with no location preference required. You can work from anywhere in the world with a strong wifi connection.
Please note: this is not an entry level role. Were looking for someone with a proven track record of closing excellence. If youre new to sales or havent closed at a high level before, this isnt the role for you.
Experience closing over the phone/via virtual meetings is a plus - but not required.
Solar experience is not required.
Role description:
• Meet with qualified homeowners via phone or zoom
• Sell the benefits of clean energy and entice homeowners to switch to solar
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Keep clean records of interactions and next steps in CRM
• Diligently followup with homeowners
• Attend daily huddles and meetings
• Participate in consistent trainings and seek to improve every day

• You're not self-motivated and need someone looking over your shoulder to be successful - you aren't comfortable working from home.
• You don't want to be the best version of yourself - you're content with doing just enough to get by.

Pay: $127,282.00 - $459,000.00 per year
