As a Customer Service Representative at American Airlines, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Strong problem-solving abilities
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Customer service experience preferred
5. High school diploma or equivalent
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and managing travel plans
3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
4. Providing information on airline policies, procedures, and services
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
