Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating day-to-day activities.
• Actively participate in Google Meet video calls with the CEO, team members, and clients (on-camera presence required).
• Assist in managing social media channels, content scheduling, and engagement.
• Support digital operations management, helping streamline processes and manage digital tools.
• Communicate professionally via chat, phone calls, and emails.
What Youll Learn:
• Essential administrative skills and best practices.
• How to manage social media channels effectively.
• The ins and outs of digital operations within a consultancy.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable being on camera for meetings with the CEO, staff, and customers.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-starter with a willingness to learn.
• Stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
