Description:
• Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and other software tools.
• Verify and validate data for completeness and correctness.
• Maintain and organize digital records and files.
• Review data for discrepancies and correct errors as needed.
• Assist in data cleaning and organizing data sets for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry meets company standards and deadlines.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with care and integrity.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and requests from internal teams.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of data entry software and tools is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable with working on a computer for extended periods.
• Experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with database management systems is preferred but not required.
